1. Right Click on desktop icon of my computer
2. after right click click on manage
3. Click on Storage and again Disk Management
4. Now Right Click on partition You want to re size
5. and click on shrink Volume
6. in The New Window Give the Size In volume
7. For example if i want to give 1GB i type on 1000 MB
8. Click on Shrink 
9. Then right click on Free Space
10. Click on New Simple Volume
11. Enter The Volume Size and Click on Next
12. Select the Drive letter and click on Next
13. if You want to format volume then click on format this volume
